What started as a website refresh grew into a complete digital transformation. Over a year in, I’ve reimagined the online presence of Gerard Coutts & Associates and introduced a new way for clients to engage — with a tailored dashboard that brings projects, documents, and communication into one seamless space. Design, UX, strategy — all in one bold leap forward.
